INORMS Congress Update: COVID-19:
• The South African Government updated its COVID-19 guidelines during June 2022, and the 2022 INORMS Committee have adapted accordingly
• Delegates travelling to South Africa do not have to submit vaccination certificates nor negative PCR tests and mask are not mandatory
• The organising committee will continue to follow developments and adapt as per government restrictions and inform attendees
Important Information:
• Early registration closes: 01 February 2023
• Late registration closes: 23 May 2023
• Important & necessary information is communicated by email and/or SMS text message
• Registrations received from 12 May 2023 will be required to complete payment online per credit card
• Any special dietary requirements requested after 12 May 2023, we cannot guarantee as these arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s
• Registration fees includes: access to congress, teas & lunches at congress, notepad & pen, congress bag
• Registration fees excludes: social events & workshops to be pre-booked, accommodation & travel expenses

Event Details:
• INORMS 2023 will be held as an in-person event only; an online option is not planned.
• Provision will be made for speakers to present online, only if a speaker is unable to attend in person due to quarantine restrictions which present much closer to the congress.
• Due to venue restrictions the congress limit is 600 and we recommend registering as soon as possible.
To qualify for INORMS Member Rates, you must be a member of any of the following societies:
• ACU, ARMA, ARMA-NL, ARMS, BRAMA, CARA, CASSSP, DARMA, EARMA, Finn-ARMA, FORTRAMA,
ICEARMA, MyRMA, NARMA, NCURA, NORDP, PraxisAuril, RMAN-J, SRA International, WARIMA

Terms and Conditions:
• In order to attend, delegates must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19 Vaccination/s).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination/s must be submitted online with registration
• Closer to the congress, the South African government expectations and rules will be shared as they evolve. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed.
• Registration fee exclude travel and accommodation expenses and includes: congress access, teas and lunches, congress bags, nametag, notepad & pen.
• Workshops and social events are an extra cost and must be pre-booked.
• Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated.
• Cancellations must be made in writing to a staff member at Conference Partner
• Cancellations made until 30 June 2022 will not be subject to a cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 1 July – 30 August 2022 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 1 September – 30 November 2022 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made from 1 December 2022 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable.
• If you register after 30 November 2022, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect and will be enforced.
• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception
